Firefox) will display a yellow lock Icon in the lower righthand corner of the screen. This icon indicates that all communication between yourcomputer and our servers is encrypted and secure.
Q: How secure is your data facility?A: Our servers are housed in a very secure co-location facility. This is an off-site facilitythat specializes in providing a secure space with limited
access, multiple high speedinternet connections,
back up power generators and round the clock security and support.These are the same facilities used by Banks, Insurance Companies etc. for secure datastorage.

Currently we only support Internet Explorer 6.x and 7.x, and Mozilla Firefox.
Q: How are we informed when a booking is made?A: When a booking is confirmed, the site will generate an email message to you. Pleasepay careful attention to the contents of the email it will advise the status of
each booking.It is your responsibility to make
sure your booking is confirmed prior to travel.
Q: Will
my credit card be charged?A: This is
a live online booking. If your booking confirms successfully, your credit cardwill be charged.

How will I get my invoice?A: The system
will email you a combined itinerary/invoice document. In rare caseswhere your booking can not be confirmed online, a final invoice may be emailed to youonce your arrangements are finalized.
Q: Do I have to store my credit card information in my profile?A: You do not have to store your credit card information in your profile. You
may addthe credit card information manually each
time you make a booking and choose not tostore
it in your profile.
Q: Is there a service fee for using
the booking engine?A: Each vendor has
their individual service fee policy. The site will quote the service
fee when a product is selected.
